What you're buying

A Template Treasures purchase grants you a one-time unlock code for one specific email template. Redeeming the code gives you lifetime access to a visual customizer for that template, plus unlimited downloads of the customized HTML, with no expiration, usage limits, or seat restrictions.

License

You may use the customized HTML output for your own business communications and for clients you serve directly (e.g. as a marketing freelancer or agency). What you may NOT do:

• Resell, redistribute, or relicense the template HTML, the customizer, or the underlying design as a standalone product.
• Share your unlock code, email-template-builder login, or account access with anyone outside your immediate team. Each unlock code is single-use and bound to one account.
• Claim the underlying template design as your own original work for the purpose of selling templates.

We don't police casual cases (sharing a download with a colleague at the same company is fine). We do enforce against commercial reselling and code redistribution.

Account and access

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us at hello@templatetreasures.com so we can lock the account.

Service availability

Template Treasures is a small, single-operator service. We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantees. If the site is temporarily unavailable, your already-downloaded HTML still works in any email platform — the website is for customization, not delivery.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Short version: full refund within 7 days for delivery failures or unredeemed codes; no refund after the code is redeemed and the template is in use.

Service provided as-is

The customizer and its output are provided as-is. We make no warranty that the generated HTML will work flawlessly in every email platform under every condition. We try hard, and we'll fix legitimate bugs — but mail-client behavior evolves, and edge cases happen.

Liability cap

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Template Treasures is capped at the amount you paid for the affected template. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts sitting in Texas. If you bought through Etsy, Etsy's buyer protection policy applies in addition.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor edits get a new "Last updated" date.
