Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account at Template Treasures we store your email address and a hashed password. When you customize an email we store the content you enter (business name, calendar events, headline text, social links, brand colors, etc.) so you can return to your work across devices. We do not collect payment information directly. Purchases are handled by Stripe or Etsy, which have their own privacy policies. We receive the buyer email and purchase or order identifiers needed to deliver and connect access to the correct account.

How we use it

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To deliver your unlock code by email after a verified Etsy purchase.
• To save and load your customized email so it works across your devices.
• To respond to your support questions.
• To understand whether people reach useful product steps such as opening the demo, customizing, saving, or attempting an export. We use a random browser session ID for this first-party product analytics. If you are signed in, an event may be associated with your account so we can understand activation and support issues.
• To send you transactional emails about your account or purchases. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

Where it lives

Account data and saved emails are hosted by Supabase, which stores them in a Postgres database in their US-East region. Outbound emails are sent through Resend. The website is hosted on Vercel. All three providers have their own privacy and security commitments.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing networks.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic and first-party product events stored in Supabase to understand the product funnel.
• We do not see or store credit card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe or Etsy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of any inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@templatetreasures.com. Account deletion removes your saved emails and brand profile within 14 days. Past purchase records on Etsy are controlled by Etsy and not by us.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember in-progress customizations, and maintain a random analytics session ID. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

If we update this policy in a way that materially affects your data, we'll email you about it before the change takes effect. Otherwise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
