Digital products
Template Treasures sells digital email templates. By purchasing, you receive a one-time unlock code that grants lifetime access to a customizer plus unlimited downloads of your customized HTML. Because access is granted instantly and the product cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, all sales are generally final.
When we will refund you
We'll issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if any of these are true:
- You never received your unlock code by email after purchase.
- Your unlock code does not work — i.e. the customizer rejects it as invalid or expired despite being unused.
- The exported HTML has a rendering bug we can't reproduce or fix in your email platform within a reasonable time.
- You bought the wrong template by accident and have NOT redeemed the unlock code yet.
When we won't refund
- You redeemed the code, customized the template, and changed your mind. Once a code is redeemed, the product is delivered.
- The template doesn't look exactly like a personal mockup you had in mind. We make every effort to show you the design before purchase via the listing photos and customizer demo.
- Your email service provider has a bug or limitation that the template can't work around. (If this happens, message us first — we usually have a workaround.)
How to request a refund
Reply to your Etsy order conversation. Include your unlock code (if any) and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Etsy also offers buyer protection independent of this policy.
